Shipping Methods

Shipping times are estimates following the dispatch date and are based on normal working/business days, i.e. not weekends and bank holidays. 

Fulfilment of orders is dependent on stock availability at the time.  If there is likely to be a delay we will inform you by email within 24 hours of your order being placed. We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 24 hours.

All parcels will need to be 'signed for' on delivery so please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to receive the goods and provide a signature.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY FEES

The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to MAMM + MYRGH. In the event this happens, MAMM + MYRGH may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed. Please also note that any customs and import duty fees incurred by items returned to us for refund or exchange will also be deducted from any refund amount owed to you.

We want you to love your MAMM + MYRGH purchase, so if anything is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order.

Please email us to let us know why you are not happy and then we will give you a returns/ exchange address. 

Please note Bespoke or Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
